Service Category Governance

Admins control which business verticals are active on the platform.

1. Enabling/Disabling Verticals

Use the master switches in 'Service Categories' to hide or show modules like Flights, Stays, or Car Rentals globally.

2. Age Bracket Toggle

This is a critical toggle. If enabled, the search widget for that service will ask for counts of Infants, Children, and Adults. If disabled, it shows a simple 'Passenger' counter. (Best for Car Rentals, Office Spaces).

Configuration Procedure

Select a service category with Age Brackets enabled.
Define custom labels (e.g., 'Toddlers (2-5)', 'Seniors (65+)').
Set the exact age range for validation.
Is Adult Marker: At least one bracket per service MUST be marked as 'Adult'. This bracket pays the full base price and is the anchor for all traveller counts.

How the system calculates discounts automatically during checkout.

Note: Discounts are managed on a per-bracket level. If 'Infants' is set to 100% discount, they book for free when accompanied by an Adult.

Property Oversight & Verification

The Approval Flow

Every property submitted by an owner is hidden from search until approved. Admins can view the full property details and media room to ensure quality before changing status to 'Approved'.

Featured Status

Featured properties are prioritized in search algorithms and appear in the 'Featured Stays' carousels on the homepage.

User Account Management

Admins can view and manage all accounts. You have the power to elevate a Traveller to an Owner role or suspend accounts that violate platform policies.
