Property Listing Procedure
Submission Step 1: Basic Information
Provide the property name, specific category (Hotel/Apartment/Villa), and a short descriptive summary. Be sure to select the correct city for search indexing.
Submission Step 2: Geo-Location
Enter the full physical address. Use the Map integration to pinpoint your location (pinned properties get significantly more clicks).
Submission Step 3: Global Rating
Set your star rating. Note: Admins may verify this against official hospitality certifications.
Advanced Media Management
Visuals are the primary driver of conversions. Our 'Media Room' provides full control over your gallery.
Thumbnail Switching Procedure
- Upload multiple images in the gallery section.
- Hover over any uploaded image in the list.
- Click the Image Icon to promote it to 'Main Thumbnail'.
- This change reflects instantly on the platform's search results.
Embedding Video Tours
Video tours provide a 3D sense of your property. We support direct embedding from YouTube and Vimeo.
Units & Room Management
Creating Units
For Hotels, you must define rooms. A property can have unlimited room types (e.g., King Room, Sea View Suite). Each can have its own description, capacity, and nightly price.
Dynamic Pricing Overrides
The system automatically uses the lowest available room price as the property's 'Starting From' price in search results.
Revenue & Growth Tracking
Analytics Dashboard
Visit your dashboard to see total earnings. The earnings are calculated based on the nightly rate * days stayed, excluding platform commissions (if configured).
